Founder and Managing Director
Tom Joseph founded Crux Digits in 2022 and is the director-level contact on every engagement. The person who thinks along in the first conversation is the same person watching when the system goes live.
Under his leadership Crux Digits delivered, among other systems, AMAN AI, a clinical decision-support platform that has supported about 100,000 assessments since February 2025.
Our office sits in the middle of the country, close enough for on-site sessions across the Randstad and easy to reach from the rest of the Netherlands and the Benelux. Most of the work runs remotely; the audit and the go-live we like to do at the table.
