Where does AI actually pay off for your business?

Six honest questions. You get a readiness score and a clear next step — whether that step is a €2,500 audit or “not yet, here’s what to fix first.”

AI scan — frequently asked questions

What is an AI scan?

An AI scan tells you whether your business is ready for AI. Six short questions about your data, processes, ownership and budget, and you get a readiness score plus a clear next step. It is also called an AI quickscan or AI-readiness scan.

  • Free, no email required, and the result appears on screen — there is no sales call attached.
  • It answers a different question than an audit: the scan says whether to start, the audit says what to build.

How much does the AI scan cost?

Nothing. The scan is free, and there is no sales call afterwards. You answer six questions and your score appears on screen straight away. If it turns out you are ready for more, the paid next step is a €2,500 audit — but nobody will chase you about it.

  • No email address needed, so you can run it before you are ready to talk to anyone.
  • Most free scans in this market are email-gated lead magnets. This one is not.

How long does the AI scan take?

About 60 seconds. Six questions covering your data, your processes, who owns the outcome, and your budget. There is nothing to install and nothing to prepare — you can do it now and still be done before your coffee cools.

  • The budget question is there so the result is realistic, not to qualify you as a lead.
  • Answer honestly rather than optimistically; a flattering score helps nobody.

What do I get after the AI scan?

A readiness score and one clear next step, on screen. The step is one of three: ready for an AI audit, nearly there, or get the foundations right first. That third answer is a real outcome, and plenty of businesses get it.

  • You keep the result whether or not you ever contact us.
  • "Foundations first" usually means the data exists but is not reachable, or nobody owns the process yet.

Who is the AI scan for?

Dutch and Belgian SMEs wondering whether AI is worth it yet. It suits businesses of roughly 10 to 250 staff that have a process in mind but no clear sense of whether their data supports it. You do not need any technical knowledge to answer the questions.

  • Less useful if you already know your use case and your data — go straight to an audit instead.
  • Works equally for a first look and for a second opinion on a stalled AI project.
