    Temperature logs, batch codes and pallet movements joined so a recall question can be answered in minutes instead of a day. EU 178/2002 requires one step back and one step forward, and that is only fast if the data is already linked.

Questions, answered

Do we need new sensors or a lot of clean data to start?

Not necessarily, a lot of value comes from data you already have: line cameras, PLC tags, MES logs, weigh checks and ERP orders. We start with what's available and add sensors or cameras only where they clearly pay back.

Will it work with our MES, ERP and line PLCs?

Yes: we integrate with common MES and ERP platforms and read line PLCs over standard protocols like OPC UA, so recommendations reach the line and the planner, not just a dashboard.

How accurate is vision inspection compared with a manual check?

We measure every model against a clear baseline on your own product and report honestly, false rejects and missed defects both. If it doesn't beat your current check, we say so; accuracy grows as more labelled examples come in.

Can it help with food-safety, traceability and audits?

Yes: we build traceability that ties batches to inputs, line conditions and HACCP checkpoints, so recall scoping is faster and audit evidence is at hand. The model flags deviations; your team keeps the sign-off.
