An AI workflow that worked in March quietly degrades by September: models change, tools update, your business shifts. Managed AI support keeps what we built working — monitored, updated and improved — for a fixed €500 a month. We cap it at 8 clients so response times stay real.

Crux Digits' AI support plan costs €500 per month fixed (ex VAT) and covers monitoring of your AI workflows, model/tool updates when providers change their systems, up to 4 hours of small improvements per month, a monthly performance report, and priority response within one business day. Capped at 8 support clients — a deliberate limit so every client gets senior attention, not a ticket queue.
Three things quietly break AI automations: model updates (providers change model behaviour and prices), tool changes (APIs, integrations and rate limits move), and drift (your products, templates and processes evolve while the automation stands still). Without maintenance, quality decays invisibly — until someone notices the quotes have been wrong for a month.
Support promises fail when they scale beyond the people behind them. We cap the plan at 8 clients, so the same senior person who built your system answers when something needs attention. When the plan is full, it's full — new clients join a waiting list. Current availability is stated honestly in your proposal.
Every production build includes an aftercare period; support starts after that, is month-to-month and cancellable with 30 days' notice. You own the code and models outright either way — see our pricing. Support is how a €50,000 build keeps earning in year two.

Because the ground moves: AI providers update models and prices, APIs and tools change, and your own processes evolve. Without monitoring and updates, output quality decays invisibly until someone notices errors — maintenance catches it first.
No. Support is month-to-month, cancellable with 30 days' notice, and you own the code and models outright regardless. The cap of 8 clients is our commitment to response quality, not a lock-in mechanism.
Larger changes are scoped and quoted separately as mini-projects with a fixed price, so the monthly fee stays predictable. The 4 monthly hours roll into the report so you always see what they were used for.
Sometimes. We first run a short technical intake to see whether the system is maintainable; if it is, it can join the support plan after a one-off onboarding. If it isn't, we'll say so honestly and tell you what rebuilding would cost.
