When do I need BLIK and Crux Digits together?
When the AI project changes how people work: new processes, new roles, several departments or an audit trail. If the question is purely technical, Crux Digits can work alone; if it is purely organisational, BLIK can.
Who is my point of contact?
One named contact for the whole engagement, agreed in the intake, with both teams behind it. You do not coordinate two suppliers yourself.
What does a joint engagement cost?
Crux Digits builds in fixed-price steps: an AI audit at €2,500, a Production-ready MVP at €20,000 and production from €50,000, excl. VAT, each with a written scope. BLIK’s part is scoped with you in the intake, and you see the full proposal before anything starts.
Who owns the software?
You do. Code, prompts, models and documentation are handed over, and you choose who runs it: Crux Digits, your own team or your ICT partner.
Is this only for large organisations?
No. BLIK’s projects range from banks and insurers to a grower and housing corporations. The approach scales with the amount of change involved, not with headcount.
