n8n, Make and Power Automate implementation partners in the Netherlands

Choosing the platform is the decision that costs money later; choosing the agency is the decision that costs money now. This page does both: how the three platforms genuinely differ for a Dutch SME, which Dutch agencies implement them, and how to check an "official partner" claim in about thirty seconds.

Pick the platform by constraint, not preference. Zapier is fastest for straightforward SaaS-to-SaaS connections. Make has the strongest visual builder for complex data transformation at moderate cost. n8n is open-source and self-hostable with native AI-agent nodes, the right answer when data must stay on infrastructure you control, which for Dutch SMEs handling personal data is often the deciding factor. Power Automate wins when you are already deep in Microsoft 365.
How this list was built
Every firm below was found through public search on the query this page answers, then checked against four criteria. We list what we could verify, and we say so when we could not.
- It really serves this segment: the firm's own site shows work at this size and in this market, not enterprise work relabelled.
- Published, checkable specifics: prices, durations or named deliverables on their own pages. A firm that publishes nothing gets listed, but is marked as such.
- Reachable and current: a live site and a findable decision-maker as of the verification date.
- Honest fit: we name who each firm is the better choice for, including where that is not us.
How to check an "official partner" claim in 30 seconds
This is the single most useful thing on this page. n8n maintains a real, vetted directory at experts.n8n.io, and its Expert Partnerships tier is a closed programme with a waitlist, aimed at integrators with proven implementation experience. So the claim is checkable: search the directory for the agency's name.
Plenty of good agencies implement n8n without being listed. Absence is not an indictment, and we are not listed either. But asserting official partner status while not appearing in the vendor's own directory is a different matter, and it takes half a minute to check. Apply the same test to Make's and Microsoft's partner directories.
Which platform for which job
The honest version, without vendor framing. All three will do most simple jobs; the differences show up at the edges, which is where projects fail.

Do you need an agency for this at all?
An honest note against our own interest, and against everyone else's on this list.
These platforms are built so that a capable person inside your company can operate them. If your workflow is "when a form is submitted, create a row and send an email", you do not need an implementation partner: you need an afternoon and a subscription. Agencies earn their fee at three specific points:
- Integration with systems that have no clean API: older ERP, on-premise databases, anything requiring a middle layer.
- Error handling that survives real data: the workflow that works in the demo and breaks on the malformed invoice. This is most of the actual work.
- Self-hosting and its consequences: running n8n yourself means backups, updates, monitoring and someone on call.
What to ask before signing
Four questions that expose whether an agency has run these platforms in production:
- "What happens when a run fails at 3am?". You want retries, alerting and a dead-letter path, not "we check it in the morning".
- "Who owns the workflows and can we export them?". N8n and Make workflows are exportable JSON. There is no good reason for you not to have a copy.
- "What is the monthly platform cost at our actual volume?". Task-based pricing scales in ways that surprise people. Ask for the number at 10× current volume too.
- "Are you in the vendor's partner directory?". And if not, that is fine, but the claim should then not appear on their site.
