Ploko is an online marketing bureau that has added a substantial AI line to its offer. For an SME that wants marketing, a website and some automation from one supplier, that bundle is genuinely convenient. This page explains what it publishes, and the point at which the work you need stops being marketing work.

Ploko sells marketing and web first, with AI attached: webdesign, SEO, Google Ads, social and conversion optimisation, alongside AI agents, custom chatbots, AI content generation and marketing automation, plus its own products including a content platform and a quotation tool. That is the right bundle if your AI question lives in the funnel. It is the wrong bundle if your AI question lives in your WMS, your werkbonnen or your invoice processing, because those need someone who integrates with operational systems rather than with ad platforms.
Every firm below was read on its own website on 2 September 2026: the homepage, the about page and the services pages. We describe each firm the way it describes itself, and we say plainly where we could not check something.
Read Ploko's own navigation and the shape is clear: a marketing bureau with a serious AI section.
When the work is genuinely marketing. If you need a site rebuilt, ranked, and fed with content, and you want a chatbot on the front of it, buying that from one supplier beats coordinating three. Splitting a website across a designer, an SEO specialist and an AI shop creates seams that nobody owns.
When you want one invoice. For a small company without a technical lead, one supplier who covers the whole front end is a real operational saving, and that is worth paying for.
The distinction that matters is not AI versus marketing. It is which systems the AI has to touch.
Marketing AI touches a CMS, an ad platform, a CRM and an analytics tool. These are well documented, API-first, and forgiving. Operational AI touches a WMS, a TMS, AFAS or Exact, a SCADA layer, an EPD, or a folder of PDFs that arrive in twelve different layouts. Those integrations are where the difficulty actually lives, and they need someone whose day job is that plumbing.
If your question is "can AI write our product descriptions and answer pre-sales chat", a marketing bureau is the right shape. If your question is "can AI read the werkbon, match it to the order, and post it into AFAS without a human retyping it", you want a build shop with a fixed price and integration experience.
We do not do SEO retainers, ad management, webshop builds or content calendars. If that is the bulk of what you need, we are the wrong supplier and Ploko or a bureau like it will serve you better. We also would not rebuild a WordPress site for you.
Where we fit is the operational half: one process, in your own systems, quoted at a fixed price and handed over running.
Whoever you shortlist, these five answers tell you more than a capabilities deck does.
Tell us the process that is costing you and we will say plainly whether we are the right supplier for it. If we are not, we will tell you who is.
