An AI assistant answers owners, dealer workshops and the parts counter from the brand's own error code lists, installation manuals and parts lists. What those documents cannot settle goes to your service team with model and serial number.
Every spring the same questions reach a robot mower importer at once: what a code means, where the wire break is, which blade fits. Below: what an assistant answers from your documents, and what stays with a person.

A robot mower brand or importer gets four kinds of question: owners about error codes, the boundary wire or RTK reception; installers and mechanics looking for a procedure mid-job; the parts counter matching blades, wheels and charging boards to a model; and new staff learning the range. The answers are in your error code lists, installation and workshop manuals, service bulletins and parts lists. An assistant that reads only those documents answers each group and hands the rest to your team. SimplyBoost, our own product, does this from documents out of the box.
| Who asks | Typical question | Answered from |
|---|---|---|
| Owners | The app says there is no wire signal. What do I check first? | Owner's manual, error code list, app instructions |
| Dealers and installers | How do I route the guide wire past a pond? | Installation manual, site survey checklist |
| Technicians in the workshop | What did the latest service bulletin change for this model? | Workshop manual, service bulletins, firmware release notes |
| The parts counter | Which blade disc, wheel or charging board fits this model and serial range? | Parts list with exploded views, CSV of part numbers |
| New staff | How is a warranty claim filed? | Product training material, warranty conditions per country, internal procedures |
Installers lay boundary wire and set up RTK reference stations. Workshop mechanics run the winter service, replace charging contacts and drive motors, and apply service bulletins. When a step is unclear they call the importer's technical line, which is busiest in exactly those weeks.
A separate dealer agent runs on the signed-in pages of your dealer portal, where dealers are recognised by their verified email, or on a WhatsApp line. It answers from the documents that are not public: workshop manual, installation manual, service bulletins, torque tables. Each answer names its document, so the mechanic can check the page. A case no document covers goes to your technical team in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias or Slack with the conversation, model and serial number.
A model can change its blade disc, drive wheel or charging board between production runs, so the serial number decides the answer as often as the model name. That information sits in your parts lists and exploded views.
Upload them as PDF, or as a CSV with part numbers, models, serial ranges and exploded-view positions. The assistant asks for model and serial number when that changes the answer, then gives the part number and its position on the drawing.
SimplyBoost does not look up stock: it passes the order request to your parts team with model, serial and part number filled in. Live stock from the ERP or DMS is a custom integration.
Each mowing season brings new models, app features and service bulletins. A new colleague on the service desk or at the parts counter learns them by asking the longest-serving colleague, who then loses time on the cases only they can solve.
The third agent on the account serves your own team. It reads the same manuals and parts lists as the dealer agent, plus internal documents: how a warranty claim is processed, which dealer covers which region, how a repeat fault is escalated. In the first October, a new hire asks which charging station belongs to last year's wire-free model and gets the answer with its source.

Guarantee. In the Netherlands the law sets no fixed term: the ACM says the legal guarantee lasts as long as a buyer may reasonably expect, with any manufacturer's warranty on top. In Belgium the FOD Economie puts it at two years from purchase, as the seller's responsibility rather than the manufacturer's. The assistant quotes the conditions you upload per country.
Machinery. Robot mowers are built to EN 50636-2-107, the safety standard for robotic battery-powered lawnmowers. The Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 replaces Directive 2006/42/EC from 20 January 2027. Under its Article 10(7), instructions may be digital, must name the model they belong to and stay online for the machine's expected lifetime and at least ten years, and a buyer who asks at purchase gets paper free of charge within a month.
Connected mowers. Since August 2025, internet-connected radio equipment falls under the cybersecurity requirements of the Radio Equipment Directive, which the Cyber Resilience Act takes over on 11 December 2027.
